Thomas Hardcastle is an accomplished artist and hair designer dedicated to providing innovative hair design through 25+ years of excellence in areas of comprehensive hair color, cutting, styling and expert consultation. He is also a dedicated mentor and instructor in the field of cosmetology. Thomas has provided cosmetology instruction At Oxnard Beauty College and art instruction at The Ojai Art Center. He holds a California Operator License, California Instructor License and Establishment License. He is also a member of the Santa Barbara Art Association, Ojai Art Center, Oil Painters of America and the Degas Society.
