Thomas Hardcastle, Owner
Colorist, Stylist, Makeup Artist
Thomas Hardcastle is an accomplished artist and hair designer dedicated to providing innovative hair design through 25+ years of excellence in areas of comprehensive hair color, cutting, styling and expert consultation. He is also a dedicated mentor and instructor in the field of cosmetology. Thomas has provided cosmetology instruction At Oxnard Beauty College and art instruction at The Ojai Art Center. He holds a California Operator License, California Instructor License and Establishment License. He is also a member of the Santa Barbara Art Association, Ojai Art Center, Oil Painters of America and the Degas Society.

Lindsay DeYoung
Stylist, Makeup Artist
Lindsay DeYoung was born and raised in Ojai and has always had a passion for style. She graduated from Santa Barbara Cosmetology Academy in 2006 and began working at Delilah Salon. Lindsay likes to keep up with the latest trends and techniques. She is Brazilian Keratin Treatment certified and does extensions using the bead method. She wants her clients to leave the salon looking and feeling their best.

Liz Goldman
Stylist, Makeup Artist
Liz Goldman graduated from the Lu Ross Academy Cosmetology Program in 2008 at the top of her class. She has a Mac Makeup Certification from Lu Ross and she is certified in Brazilian Keratin Treatment as well. Believing that continuing education is crucial, Liz frequently attends classes to keep up to date on coloring and cutting techniques. Hair is Liz's passion and her goal is to make her clients happy through meticulous work and communication.

Liz Goldman graduated from the Lu Ross Academy Cosmetology Program in 2008 at the top of her class. She has a Mac Makeup Certification from Lu Ross and she is certified in Brazilian Keratin Treatment as well. Chris Monday recently moved to Ojai and has been in the hairstyling business for over twenty-five years. Chris is committed to creative inspiration, continuing education, and most of all, client service and satisfaction. She studied make up application under Kathy Thorp the owner of Shades of Hue Salon in San Francisco. In July of 2014 she attended the Aquage Master Class Academy in Las Vegas, and is a certified Brazilian Blow Out specialist. Chris is a dedicated professional and is passionate about creating the right style for each individual and wants everyone who sits in her chair to leave completely happy.
